Unlimited In-Office Doctor Access

Unlimited in-office visits with board-certified physicians for $10 per Direct Primary Care (DPC) visit – designed so that members can see a doctor or specialist in-person for non-urgent care when needed for annual physicals, prescription management, and more. Patient Advocates can schedule an appointment through one of our provider partners nationwide.

In-Person Urgent Care

Options include limited $0* or unlimited $25** per visit in-person appointments for conditions that require elevated care beyond what is traditionally offered in a primary care physician’s office, or if after hours care is needed. Patient Advocates can schedule an appointment through one of our urgent care partners nationwide.

*For TRU-Virtual First members in-person urgent care visits cost $0 for the first three (3) visits for members, or $0 for the first six (6) visits if there is a spouse or child on your account.
**For TRU-DPC members there are unlimited urgent care visits at $25 per visit.

Preventative Care

Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership provides an annual physical with basic lab work*. This service also helps establish a relationship between the member and the physician, encouraging an honest conversation about concerns, health, and wellness.

*Annual physical with four labs: complete metabolic panel (CMP), complete blood count (CBC), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and lipid panel.

Unlimited Chronic and Specialty Care

Unlimited virtual and in-office visits with board-certified physicians for $10 per Direct Primary Care (DPC) visit or $0 virtual care for the most common chronic care conditions* as well as highly trained specialists about cancer, heart disease, and other specialized needs.

*Anxiety, Arthritis, Asthma, Blood Pressure, Fibromyalgia, GERD, Gout, Hypertension, Thyroid, CHF, COPD, Depression, Diabetes.

Unlimited Virtual Care

Connect with physicians and access services with one click in the HealthWallet TRU Mobile app. All virtual care is available 24/7/365 for $0 out-of-pocket with access to bilingual board-certified physicians so members can see a doctor when needed, at their convenience. These physicians are ready to assist with appropriate acute concerns, routine care, prescription refills, doctor notes for work, and more.
